This client came to us after a less than satisfactory experience with a big box house installer. This upgrade was a sensitive installation with historic plaster walls and ceilings and we retrofitted a triad 5.1 in ceiling speaker system. Additionally we redressed their existing equipment and added RTI universal remote controls. After this initial upgrade the owners have contracted us for additions and upgrades throughout the home including 1080p display upgrades with Blu Ray players in the Living Room and Master Bedroom and a full upgrade of their security systems.
