As a decorator ready condo these clients went for the best of the best.  As a cutting edge interior design/build project the entertainment, lighting, and climate control systems were integrated into the plans.  Beginning with Runco flat panel displays in all areas this system is highlighted by a 65” LCD concealed by Media Décor mirrored glass in the bar area and a 65” Runco plasma with Media Décor QC custom art in the Master suite.  The dedicated theatre system has a Runco 3-chip 1080p projector with Autoscope and a cinewide masked projection surface.  The 7.2 Triad in wall speaker system will provide the immersive sound to compliment the jaw dropping picture.  With Crestron control throughout the home including a dedicated Crestron lighting system and climate control these owners will be able to add some green to their installation and their wallets with long term energy management.
